What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 14, 2026!
What is the address of the venue?
Our venue’s address is 6200 Flying Leo Carrillo Ln, Carlsbad, CA 92009. Once you arrive, you’ll see signage directing you to where the ceremony and reception will take place.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We recommend arriving at 4:30 pm, the ceremony will begin shortly after.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that our ceremony be phone-free so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony, and we invite you to take plenty of photos and videos after the ceremony concludes.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue!
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Average temperatures for the area are a high of 74°F and a low of 58°F.
What is the dress code?
Our celebration will be formal. We encourage guests to wear evening attire such as suits and formal dresses.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to space and planning considerations, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus-one, they will be specifically addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
Am I allowed to bring children?
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We appreciate you understanding!
What’s the best airport to use?
San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest option, about 30min-1hr from the venue depending on traffic. Orange County (SNA) and Los Angeles (LAX) are also good options, though they are a bit further away.
What type of food will be served?
Our wedding dinner will be served buffet style, with a variety of dishes. There will be meat and vegetarian options, and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
